				Sal did a great job assisting me in determining, as executor of my father's estate, the appropriate price at which the estate should list his residence for sale, recommending contractors to remove and dispose of unwanted contents prior to listing, negotiating with selling brokers on two separate offers for the property and securing a contract within two days following the open house for $10,000 more than the list price and with no sale or financing contingencies.  Sal was very helpful to me, securing municipal inspections and certificates and  home owners' association letter approval.
